I’m a design leader who helps teams turn vision into momentum. I specialize in bringing clarity to complex systems—-translating messy, ambiguous problems into direction, alignment, and high‑velocity execution. I still love the craft, but my real focus is creating the conditions where bold ideas can actually happen.
My real superpower is blending creativity, clarity, and storytelling. Sometimes that means getting cross‑functional partners aligned. Sometimes it means building a visually rich prototype that communicates better than any deck. Sometimes it means mentoring emerging designers and helping them find their voice. After coaching hundreds of designers and writers, I’ve learned that leadership is not about control, it’s about creating the conditions where bold ideas can actually happen.
Over the years, I’ve worked as a true full‑stack designer and design head: leading the delivery of design systems at TIAA, driving service design and innovation at Walmart and Microsoft, reinventing financial services with clients like Chase while at Frog, and even shaping wayfinding visual systems at the World Trade Center. That range keeps my thinking flexible and my craft grounded in real‑world impact.
And when the laptop closes, the creativity continues in my love for art, music, travel, and lately, interior design. These side quests do more than recharge me, they shape the way I work.
